What We Do

Patrol Like A Girl is an initiative dedicated to building confidence, skills, and community for girls and women in mountain safety. Through hands-on skill sessions, supportive mentorship, and approachable introductions to ski patrol work, we help participants build knowledge and confidence to thrive on the slopes

Our events are designed to be welcoming, empowering, and rooted in community- a space where girls can challenge themselves, connect with role models, and discover their potential in outdoor leadership.
